Alessia Telari is a Ph.D. student in Social Psychology at the University of Milano-Bicocca.

Her main research interest concerns the impact of digital technologies on social connections, both as social interference and facilitator.
In particular, she is currently working on different projects investigating Ghosting, focusing on victims’ reactions and their temporal evolution on one side and its acceptability on the other, and Social Chatbots, trying to uncover their effect on social connectedness and isolation.

Moreover, she is studying the Social Exclusion phenomenon more broadly, trying to identify people’s responses to ambiguous situations in healthy and clinical populations.
